people needs leadership
In block Quadarchauk village Kakoda when DM Mr Amit Gupta reached all the present villegers warmly welcomed to District Magisteate.In the meeting he asked the people to give their full support to the compaign .people promised to District Magistrate to finish dry toilet whith In two months.

We need nothing but honour
When DM Mr Amit Gupta honoured three village Pradhan who have done excellent work in dry latrin conversion ,
all the three Gram Pradhan were happyThey told that they need nothing but honour.Shree Sadrul Ansari Pradhan Gram Panchayat Bhasarala block Jagat told that he never expect that DM of a district will honour him.He told that it is a great honour to him.After receiving the honour He talk to the people gathered there that He was very happy in his business in Delhi.When people of his village asked him to contest the election 
He was not fully prepared.He thought that it may affect his business ,After winning the election When He started the work in village he rarly get time for his business,but after gettining the honour He get the thing व्हिच He never think to get in his life.He need nothing but honour.He promised to district magistrate that He will prepare his village for President award. 
As per progress He is about to reach the target.At this occasion Son of Mrs Hardevi Singh who got the award on behalf of her mother told that though He is a highly educated fellow but He never think that this will happen in his life.
He told that He is doing this job mere for his satisfaction but honour will surely boost his moral and inspire him to do the best.At this occasion Janab Rauf Ahmad who is a renouned educationist of block Wajirganj showed his warm feeling and promised to district magistrate to do his best.

At his residece in a get together of 40 village pradhan When DM sir asked to the Gram pradhan that wheather they are ready for mission,all the geathered Gram Pradhan promised to District Magistrate that they are ready for his mission of dry latrin conversion. In an innovative move DM sir invite 40 village Pradhan At his residence At a cup of tea.Most of Gram Pradhn were very happy.They told that in his life this is the first time when any District Magistrate has invited to Gram Pradhan on a cup of teaThey put up their views before District Magistrate freely.After tea all Gram Pradhan were full of confidence.After that three Gram Pradhan who have done excellent work in dry latrin conversion were awarded with certificate and Shawal .Shree of Gram Panchayat Miaon block Mian Shree of Gram Laxmipur of block Asafpur and Smt of village Rithia Sahgai of block Miaon were awarded.
