Addressing a sanitation meeting in the block community hall of dataganj District Magistrate Mr 
Amit Gupta told that a compaign started against manual scavenging in March last year must to come an end in the March next year. He told that during the monthly reveiw meetings he reviewed the the progress of total sanitation compaign and Nirmal Gram Panchayat compaign he also reviewed the compaign of conversion of dry latrins to pour flush latrins. Initially this compaign could not get momentum due to some other business But when he visited the 
village Ramjanpur he came to know the gravity of the problem and placed his ut most attention to finish this evil.He was addressing a meeting 9 major primary stackolders of block dataganj.He told that in a village where tones of human excreta is laying inside the house for 23 houres to several days how a village can be a clean village.In a society where a section of society is dependent on manual 
scavenging for their livelihood what is the meaning of social equility.He asked the people's representatives eg.Gram 
Pradhan and BDC Members and other Government officials and non government officials to motivate atleast5 men to construce pour flush latrins in place of dry latrins.During the meeting project director DRDA, BSA,CMO Family plamming,Sub divisional Magistrate,DPO ICDS,दसो,BDO dataganj and other officials were present.
